Over 4 years i've made many orders with this team and every single time they are accommodating, helpful and always swift to answer. I've never felt worried ordering and always felt supported. For example when I needed help buying something I wasn't sure I would be able to order, they replied to my support ticket immediately and created an order and started the process so quickly! If my item is heavy they would explain how it would increase the shipping price and ask if I would be okay with it. If something I'm buying is a pre-order I didn't know about, the agent checked with me first and let me know in good detail when to expect it so I knew before paying I would wait. They are very considerate and even gave me the option of sending the order in one go or waiting for all the items to arrive without me even asking if that was something that could be one. And later when I wanted an extra of an item they accommodated by adding the price to the second payment rather than me needing to open a new order. Honestly 42agent team, you are the best, thank you for all your hard work, you all amaze me every single time I use your service, I am always so grateful!
